We shall not use this site to collect personal data about you unless you provide it voluntarily. All data collected will be processed in accordance with Data Protection legislation. You should not submit any data that you do not want collected by us. You have the right under Data Protection legislation to view a copy of the personal data held by us about you. If you wish to exercise this right you should contact the firm's Principal Mark Harrison. We may in our discretion levy a charge of up to £15 per request.
Where you wish to have personal data submitted by you either deleted from our records or amended then please email us at contact@e-litigate with full details of your request. We shall endeavour to update our records within the 7 days following our receipt of your request.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our clients' personal data. At a client's request we offer the option of setting up encrypted email communications. We back up our client files and systems data daily to a remote, securely encrypted server. Despite these efforts, clients' use of the Internet to submit personal data and to communicate with us may be susceptible to third party intervention. You do so at your own risk.
