Mark Harrison is the founding partner of e-LITIGATE and an experienced civil court practitioner of almost a decade and a half's standing in the courts of Scotland. He acquired his honours degree in law and his diploma in legal practice at Edinburgh University, and went on to train at Strathern & Blair (now Anderson Strathern). After qualifying, he worked at Balfour & Manson and then HBM Sayers Solicitors, where he developed the breadth and depth of his specialism in the civil court arena, and carved out a particular niche in personal injury and utility damage work. Subsequently, Mark went on to found e-LITIGATE, in furtherance of his ambition to transform the running of a law firm by the full use of modern technology. His input is particularly valuable to the firm, as he has a passion for the application of IT to the practice of the law.
