As an alternative to the instruction of counsel in the Sheriff Courts, we offer a competitively priced equivalent. For us, advocacy and the court stage are the true embodiment of the court lawyer. Advocacy is our passion. It is an art that develops as the practitioner develops, and grows aware of its subtleties. A successful court lawyer needs not only detailed knowledge of the law and a profound understanding of his brief, but also an excellent grasp of psychology and a deep tenacity.

Mark Harrison brings all of these elements to the role. He has many years' experience conducting proofs, debates and appeals in the Sheriff Court against both opposing solicitors and counsel.
