Agency Service
We offer an agency service for civil cases before Edinburgh Sheriff Court. Our aim is to report back to instructing firms on the day of appearance, typically by email. We encourage provision of instructions by email, where possible.
Faxed instructions are equally acceptable.

Both media deliver directly to our computer system, and ensure that any last-minute instructions arrive at their destination in time. They also ensure that our court solicitor has a full copy of your papers on his laptop to take to court. This means you can e-mail us 'real time' updates to instructions or additional papers direct to the courtroom, assuming that it is within wireless or mobile coverage.
In addition, we offer our services as Edinburgh agents in Court of Session cases.
