Drafting service

We offer practitioners a drafting service for principally Personal Injury pleadings in the Sheriff Court. For a variety of reasons including pressure of work, lack of specialism, or simply the desire for some independent input, agents can use our service either at the commencement of an action or at any time thereafter.

We are experienced in the drafting of all written pleadings including:-

1. Summons and Initial Writ and Summary Applications
2. Defences/Answers/Counterclaims and Notes of Adjustment
3. Minutes of Amendment
4. Specifications of Documents
5. "Rule 22 Notes"
6. Reponing Notes

In all cases we aim to provide a swift and cost effective service with the option of the completed documentation being emailed to the instructing agent as soon as it is finalised.
